The car sat for 18 years? never started? whoa! your gonna have some major engine issues to deal with, namely a load of bad seals at the very least, plus driveline seals, brake lines and wheel cylinder seals dry rotted, pfff, unless im missing something here, this is gonna be a HUGE project just to make it run.
