They will turn at exactly the same revs when you turn it manually, unless you can put enough torque on one of the output shafts. I don't know what to tell you about the %, though.

ok I checked the archives, it is an LSD, but I think there is something wrong with it, it does have an 'S' on the side, but doesnt one wheel turn less rev's than the one that you turn manually?
