The mirrors and window trim was painted in gloss black at home which really looks more like a blend of semi gloss. I figured it would age more and more semi anyway. I had the mirror off during the body paint. I only put it on to drive home. I have a power problem now too and a near dead battery to replace so its rather time consuming.

Hey, that looks real nice, congrats! White is a very nice color for the E21, and it's going to look real clean with the blackout trim. Hey, did you spray the mirror with gloss black too, or is that just the light in the pic? When you get the trim back on, you're going to have one of the nicest free cars ever, you lucky dog!
