My right side park lights and windows don't work (archive)

A few months ago i saw posted someone having a similar problem. My computer fried and when my friend and I put a new one in, my park lights on the right side don't work. Neither does my insturment lights. We checked the fuses and it always pops. Now my passenger side windowws won't roll down. I know there must be a short but any idea where it might be? Any help?
