Hi there Guys

I found the Vin Number stamped into the frame rail on the passenger side.

It starts with WBA and it has 7 numbers.
I am trying to have car fax check the history and they are claming a 17 number VIN.

As this car is a 79 - is this the only number they used?
Or am I missing something?
