I have the Zender side skirts installed about 15 years ago. It was painted black as the body color. As far as I know it was made of some kind high impact plastic. It came with some kind of rubber gasket for the entire length on the top edge. Over the years, all 4 corners were cracked becasue of body flex (I believe) but still holding out. As far as I know, it can be painted over with any color. The body (paint) shop should be able to do that easily. Good luck!
