On the original web page only the cropped photo at the top was posted-the full photo of the plastic bag was added after I had won the bid.



If you had taken the time to look at the bottom of the page, there was a picture of the bag that you bought. It looks like a plastic bag to me. I don't think you have much of a case. The item he was selling was clearly displayed. I really don't think you have a leg to stand on.
