Put the thing on ebay, start it at like 100 bucks, make sure you list everything in it. If it's a strong runner it could be worth the bucks. I've driven a 320i with a 292 cam/head work, and it was a quick, quick car. Also, I'm sure if you advertised it up here you might find someone to buy it. HTH!
