short shifter and clear indicator (archive)

I need comments on short shifter in e21. I am going to buy one shortly, probably next week. so any comment on which is best or which is best for what price. and of corse how well they work, I need to remove my sloppy shifting.
My car is 323i '82.
I think a clear indicators from Jeroen would look nice on my car. ;)
