Ok, I've got everything about ready to install the whole AC package into my car but first I'd like to check the level and fill the oil used in the compressor. NOT the refrigerant oil, but the compressors oil. I have a Bosch rotary unit from a factory ac install apparently and it has a fill port on the side. Its not accessible once its mounted on the car so I want to do it now but I don't know what kind of oil to use. I've searched the web all night but couldn't find anything in this area.
(note: my car has never had AC and I'm installing most of the parts from a junk yard car. Receiver/Dryer will be new.)
What oil do I use and how much?
