how are Autosolutions Short Shift Kits?

I have an autosolutions short shift kit in the car I bought and you would not beleive the difference in shift feel and throw. The actual effort it takes to shift is greater because of reduced mechanical advantage but the feel is very precise and the throws much shorter. No slop in the pattern.
