While watching a stupid B@#$%CH at the NJ inspection station stall my car 6 times on the dyno (she had the emergency brake on), I noticed it began to overheat. Thought I had fixed this.

Turns out fuse was blown for aux fan. Replacing it did not make it go. By hand the fan turns with a little friction in one direction, and a lot of friction in the other.

How do I get this out of there? Is there an easy trick? I'd prefer not to pull the radiator and condensor core. IS there an easy way to remove the grill? Is the fan rebuildable, or should I just order one now? I need aux cooling in NYC traffic. I also want to get my AC working again.
