I've taken some photos and will make a little info page on the AC install including this feature. Basically you have to bypass a couple leads on the AC relay inside the dash with a switch and another relay. It allows both vent blower and AC blower to run at the same time. Air flow is siginificantly better though its a blend of cold recirculating AC and fresh outside air. I haven't got the freon lines installed yet but thats how it will work. An extra switch has to be installed to toggle between normal and 'turbo' modes. I put the switch between the AC temp knob and the cig lighter. I measured around 7 amps for each blower and thats why I had to use another relay in the bypass. The switch then only has the load of the relay coil which is around 1/2 amp or less. You could do it without a relay but you'd need a pretty beafy switch to handle it. When the system is installed and the photos are ready I'll make a page of the info.
