Are 323 calipers and rotors all that are needed to convert the 320 to rear disc brakes?

It is my understanding that the important item to procure are the trailing arms. Without it, the dedicated hubs don't have a way to bolt up to.

Next would be the 323 rear hubs and emergency brake assemblies. I've also read that it's also good practice to get the half shafts off the donor 323 as well, but I can't recall exactly why that's needed.

I also read that 323 emergency cables will need to replace the 320 emergency cables. The lengths differ.

The proportioning valve downstream from the brake master cylinder will need to be bypassed so full brake pressure goes to the rear calipers.
