starting problem (archive)

I am in need of some help with this one. I have been having some problems starting my car this week. I just replaced the wiring harness, and now it'll start up first thing in the morning, but if i let it sit more than 10 minutes and then try and start it up again it won't start. All it will do is crank but it won't turn over. Does anyone have any cluse as to what would cause this? TIA
