Ok since my engine was put back in the car i have been struggleing to catch all the mistakes made in the process by mechanics that don't touch BMW normally (they are good, but only at domestic and fairly recent imports). Anyway i noticed that some of the vacum lines off the intake are goin to the wrong parts. They go to parts that are supposed to be drawing off of this vacum, but no from that specific area. Is this a problem or is it just fine. Also I plan on pulling some of the smog stuff and the vacum lines that go with them, do i need to cap these areas or can i just leave them open? Thanks
