323 do not come from the factory equipped w/ a proportioning valve. The brake hydraulic lines go directly to a two way line split valve and then they feed into the calipers.

The 320 & 320/6 have a proportioning valve in-line reducing fluid pressure going to the rear drum brake cylinders. I haven't seen what this valve looks like, but the factory 323 manual makes note that the 320/6 have the valve to reduce fluid pressure going to the rear brake cylinders.
