..on my car, it's a sticky soleniod. The car has power, but when I turn the key, there's nothing. Get out, pop the hood, and *bang* on the soleniod with a 2 foot piece of wood I have in my car for this very reason. Sit back in the car and it starts. Someday I will fix this. Someting to note, though. This is a problem related to both engine and ambient heat. The hotter it is, the more likely it is to happen. Do you find this problem is related to driving length or weather conditions? Just a thought. -alan 83 320i 79 320i
