Coil springs with 2.5l (archive)

Hey guys, I am almost finished my 2.5 m20 install and I don't know what to do with my springs. The rear left is broken so I was going to get H&Rs but I was wondering if they would be ok with the extra weight in the front. Does anyone know the spring rates of the H&Rs for the E21?
