I took of the distributer cape removed the rotor and had my son turn the motor over and the clip that holds the cap down fell forward and caught on the iner rotating ,four posted metal gizmo and moved it's posision. now i don't know where it's suposed to be in conjuction with the rotor.
I wish i could explain it better but i don't know what to call that gizmo.
