Would stock Boge's work ok on mildly cut stock springs?

Peter S

Although I was riding on completely blown out boges (orignial at 162K...ouch) When I swapped over to the cut springs and bilstien HD's, the handling is everything I expected and more. Very tight, very crisp response. The stiffness is not unbearable either, bumps and imperfections in the road are definitely more noticeable, but not jarring. Kinda gave a nice "feel of the road" psychosomatic response in my case (The more road imperfections one feels, the more grounded and connected to the road he/she feels the car actually IS) All and all, I'd say it's a great setup for everyday driving and occasional spirited outbursts. I'm quite happy with it, even though I drive almost every day on the sh*tty concrete causeway that connects my town and job.
