The 265 will bolt up to a m10 block (either 2002, or e21). The s14 block (e30 m3) shares a lot in common with the m10. I don't own a 320, but I can tell you that on the 2002 the height of the tranny tunnel is a problem (width may also be an issue). It must be cut and increased in height to fit the 265. Again, I am not sure if this holds true with the 320 chasis.
