I have metal masters and I can't stand the warming up. Plus they are chewing up my rotors..

If Axxis is the same company that makes Metal Masters then I would recommend the Deulxe+ pads for general street use. Any track-compound pad you get will work like crap cold and eat rotors. Their advantage is that they don't fade and stop on a dime.

I've used Axxis Deluxe+ pads on all my street cars and have been totally happy with them. They hold up really well in stop/go traffic and I've tested them on a few 100mph->0 stops and they survived. Best off they don't have any warm-up time and the e-brake actually will hold the car (unlike the Metal Masters).
