I am doing a 323i - 320 conversion from a '79 323i to a '77 320. Looking at the front suspension it appears that the lower control arms are a different shape (curved a little on 323i). I cant take accurate measurements between cars as 323 has accident damage. What can I change in the front end? What do I have to keep from 320? Any feedback appreciated.

The control arms are diferent. The 1979 has a better design, better bushings. If you were to switch control arms you will have to switch sway bars.
