What lights do you have. I would not suggest it unless you have Hella's. Keep in mind Steve said. Shortly after my aging alternator and regulator acted up. They do draw more. If you have any other equipment in the car it will be a lag. Do not use non hellas or it will be noticible that you have illegal bulbs. American lights disperse in a 360 degree pattern that is idiotically designed to blind anything in its range versus an intelligent pattern on Hellas. The lenses have to be able to handle the heat from the bulbs and you cannot use the plastic cote light protectors with 100w. I live in LA so Hellas and 80/100 and 100 highs look like any other car on the road.
