I did it myself. It's a one person job. Two person don't really make the job go any faster or easier, but probably more enjoyable.

THe idea is to measure the back of the tires first, and then set dial to zero. Then measure the front of tires, and if reading is off, adjust until you're 1/2 away from target. Then gauge the back of the tires again, which after you've been turning on the tierods to get to 1/2 reading from target, the rear will now be off of the zero setting. So you reset the rear tires reading back to zero gauge and then measure the front tires. If you're not on target, then turn the tierod again until you're 1/2 of your target. Then remeasure the back of tires and reset to zero. Measure the front and if it's not on target, then measure 1/2 of target.

It took me about ten minutes to do the alignment, using a crescent wrench and a 13mm open end wrench and I only needed to twist on the tie rods two times to get me where I needed to be. Once I was done with it, I readjusted my steering wheel by removing the nut and repositioning the wheel.
