I had a Sony XRc5300X, red display, 50Wx4 before it got stolen. Looked good with the red dash display and sounded good. Had no sub though.

Replace all the 4x6 with Polk 4x6 or you can put 6.5s on the rear deck. (The Polk's have a nice full sound that is hard to find) Then go find yourself a high power Pioneer head unit (at least 45 Watts per channel with 20 Watts RMS...try to avoid anything under 16 Watts RMS...will not push the speakers well!) The holes on the rear deck look really shallow...but you can push right through the shallow area...some sort of deading matt is installed.

I will soon install a cd player & speakers. can any one suggest a good set up for the e21 using the four 6x4 speakers ..something with red display would be ideal. An Amped sub could come later.
