If you are not changing the stroke and displacement, I don't think you are gonna have good results. A loss in low to mid torque and probably all across the rpm band. Each manifold is designed for the bore, stroke and piston speed of the motor it goes on. If you spend a lot of time in the high rpms, there is a chance it will be a good move. I doubt it. Just enough is just right for any intake sizing.
