Replace it NOW, Before you drive one more mile....
(unless of course you need an excuse by buy a head)

Its not hard. Not really any diffrent than any other timing belt. You also MUST replace the tensoner and any pully not marked "Z147" (IFIRCC)

It is fairly involved, so aloww plenty of time. You probably won't do it in two hours. mine took about 6 but i was being especially anal that day.
