Proper Spark Plug & Oil Filter fitment for 79 323i (archive)

My Haynes manual is in the mail. Can someone please tell me the proper spark plug and oil filter to use?
For the spark plug, I believe it's Bosch W8D or W7DC or Champion N10Y with a gap of 0.6mm. Correct?
