1982 320i FS (archive)

Does anyone have any suggestions regarding selling/parting out my 320i? The car is 99% rust-free and has a straight body. The clutch has less than 20,000 miles on it. The shocks are new, too. I am not familiar with the older BMW market in upstate NY.
