Get a service manual for the M20 motor. Replace the belt before you start the car again. A 100k mile belt has been living on borrowed time for about 50k miles. If the belt breaks or jumps while the engine is running, the engine will be basically destroyed. (Bashed valves, possible broken rocker arms, possible holed piston, gouged cylinder walls, etc.) It is not a hard job, but allow plenty of time and have another car available to drive for a day or two. Replace the water pump, belt tensioner, cam seal, intermediate shaft seal, and crank seal while you're in there.
Good Luck
