Run-in with a racoon (archive)

Well,
I was driving down the road to my home last night and I was going about 40-45 mph and all of the sudden a giant racoon darted right infront of me. I mean this thing was huge. It made it past my left front tire and fog lamp and I thought for sure that I would miss it. BUT I didn't. It hit on the right front and it hit hard!!! It bent my fog light all the way back and busted the cover right off. All that is left is the casing. The lense and bulb are gone. It also bent my front air dam back. I was so f%^king mad.

So the question is...

I could try to pull the air dam back out but it will probably look bad. So can these be pulled off or are they part of the bumper??? Can I buy one new?? ore used????

I have a schwartz black 81 320is. TIA for any help or suggestions.
