You might try Keizer wheels, they make superlight custom 3-piece racing wheels and can make them in just about any size or offset you want. My father just got some 13 x 6 aluminum wheels made by them for his '59 Turner and they weighed less than 9 pounds each. I don't think they were too expensive either.
