Sircam isn't maliciously sent by people. It looks for cached email addresses and sends whatever documents it has handy. I design websites and so people who have been to the site have the email address in their cache. I got the sircam quite a bit. One company had some juicy documents being sent to me about their non paying clients and litigation. I told them and the fixed it. Their computer has since been fixed
