You definitely want to consider getting the sheetmetal brackets to mount it to the body for the easiest route of attachment. As Robert stated below, the brackets then (butted up flat against the outside of the subframes) can get bolted through the box section side frame rails. A 1/2" diameter - 3/4" diameter hole size should do the trick.


The front lower valence sheetmetal panel will need to get tin snipped a bit. The USA valence already was tin snipped to allow the USA bumper shocks to go through. Only thing is that the bumper shocks are bolted to the inside of the box section. So that cutout area only needs to be extended more towards the outboard direction to allow the euro bumper brackets to pass through. Ordinary hand tin snips should do the job easily. The bumper conceals the cutouts once its fastened to the body.

And BTW, I have a complete brand new -never installed set- of those sheetmetal euro brackets w/ the dedicated carriage bolt hardware pieces if you're hard up for them. It's the exact brackets shown in the first picture. You can have them for what I paid for them, plus shipping.
