Im my experience with Tulley BMW I have found it to be pitiful, horrible, and brutal in the service department. I have had 1 good experience in countless visits.
The Service Dept. Head doesnt feel he should satisfy customers he feels instead of fixing his problem with his lousy service he should just get rid of the customer, this goes for the member of the Tulley family that makes a feeble attempt at running the BMW division.
I have waited:
8 weeks for parts
7 weeks for a replacement key
4 hours for a 30 min visit and done this 5-8 times
waited 2 weeks to get the car LOOKED at when it was DOA
Waited 3 weeks for a simple problem
Been told there is nothing wrong, when a hole is glaring them in the face.
Waited for an appointment ....
8 weeks
6 weeks
7 weeks and most recently
3weeks

Many more stories but the best line I heard Before the Operations Director started Laughing at me was " if you had bought the car here things would be different" If I had only know then what was meant.
THe service is fine and even good until the problem goes over the Service advisors heads in the dollar department YOU WILL NOT get a thing done for you, unless of course you bought the car from them. Which they make a few feeble excuses why they cant.

I have brought my BMW's to other dealers and their eyes go SKyward when i mention BMW TULLEY. People laugh and ask me what the heck I was thinking in EVER stepping in the dealership to begin with.

Tulley BMW is a lost cause the rot has eaten all the way up to management, they are poorly run and it is a matter of time before BMW stops all alotment of cars.
Do yourself a favor and save yourself from the stares you get after Tulley ruins your car and you finally get to a dealer with a sense of SERVICE.
I do have one question, since when did it become common practise in Management to get rid of customers, you have to know they are just goinig to bash you and the bad press you get will turn many, many more people away.
