Basically just drill into the lower portion of the bumper shock (the smaller part) , try to keep the hole near the upper portion of the lower half. I'm sure you can figure out how to remove the shocks first to get this party started , right . For a little motivation I have included a pic of my car back when I had my bumper compressed , its also painted body color to blend in better . Oh yeah , you will have to trim the rubber on the side to match up with the shorter bumper now . Teaguer
Robert ,
I'm sure that you could find out that info in the archives rather easily as it is a common mod once people see a Euro model next to their US version .
But it is really a easy process , so I will give you a quick description on what it entails .
Then compress with the method of you prefer , hammer , vise , drive into a wall , you decide .
When you compress the shock oil will obviously squirt out , so look out .
Once the shock is compressed all the way or to your satisfaction drill a new hole in the upper half of the shock .
Go all the way through to the lower half of the shock , then drive in a sheetmetal or similar screw to keep both parts together and also to keep the shock from expanding again .
Thats pretty much it man .
If not just ask .
Thats pretty self explanatory too .
