Yes, there is one more bolt securing the bracket to the block. Follow the casting straight back and you will find it below the fuel distributor.

I am removing the lower cover and it is loose but i can not get it past the alternator and bracket. For some reason I can not tell what else is holding this setup in place. Is there another bolt on the bracket besides the two in through the timing cover.
