If it had Bilstiens, it probably had an aftermarket spring. Whats the point in going all out on shocks and struts if you don't replace the springs? Can't tell you the brand though.

Just removed a set of springs from a 320is. The ride height looked like stock, but when off the car and compared them to stock (non-is) springs they are much shorter (by 2 coils or so both front & rear). They are a gold anodized color. Are these factory bmw sport springs?? If not, does anyone know what brand they are?? The car also had bilestiens front & rear if that makes any difference.
