Jeff: Tanks for taking the time to response. Question #1 is now resolved. Still looking for clues for question #2; stoppers.
For question #3; does the female seat belt buckle move with the seat back tilting? If that is the case, I don't understand how it is attached to the rod as there are quite a few parts attached to it?
