Both sides. Should be a brass (copper?) ring on both sides of the 'banjo' fitting.

Once again i forgot to pay attention- I am re installing my lines to the injectors from the distributor- does the washer go below the line or on top of the line (Where the line meets the distributor. I checked out peter s page and it appears to be on the bottom but I can not tell for sure. TIA- The beast will be running soon- Chad
