THe newer bmw's come with the cartridge holder. Our e21's didn't utilize that cost saving design;therefore, it still requires inserts. Here's a pic of what mine looked like.




I noticed that the Bilteins are not an insert cartrage. Does the shock itself replace the cartriage holder? Does anyone have pictures of Bilstein's on the front of their car? I am just curious as to what the setup looks like. I will most likely go with the Bilsteins after I see how they are set up!
