Try disconnecting the connector to the central locking module. That should cut the power input to the locks. Does your model have a heated door lock? If so then it may be necessary to remove the door panel and check for current draw on it.

Is there a easy way to disconnect the central locking on the e23. I think my lock motor is sticking draining my battery.
