Its a pretty much straight forward procedure, in addition to what Patrick said, be sure to cap the transmission cooling lines when you remove the radiator and you won't be able to remove the fan without removing the fan clutch first. Get the new water pump bolts from the dealer (thats the only place I was able to find them after visiting a dozen of hardware stores). Because the old ones are going to be rusty and if you put them back in theres a great risk of them snapping (happened to me, not only I had to take everything apart again but the half of the bolt was left in the thermostat housing, I was lucky - I was able to take it out with nail clippers).
