I too have had a bad experiance w/ them. I tried to get engine mounts for my 745i and they said sure we can get them but they ship directly to you from germany. You will get them in 7-10 days. 3 1/2 weeks later I still hadn't seen them. I called and got some guy in a warehouse and he said that they placed the order and he doesn't have a tracking number on the package and on top of it all he was very rude to me for asking where my parts were and if that is not bad enough, the guy hung up on me in a middle of a sentance. I called back and cancelled my order. I just got my credit card statement and they did post the credit though. I am w/ victor, don't give them your business. I have had good luck with Olympic import parts in VA. They are very helpful and have wonderful service and turnaround times.
