High Beam Malfunction (archive)

I have a 1983 733i and the passengers side high beam is not working. I replaced the bulb and checked the fuse(19 0r 20 I think) but it still doesn't work. I did notice that when i put the high beams on the radio cuts out for a second. Thanks in advance for any tips.
