I believe there is a nipple repair kit that you can buy straight from the dealer for a couple of bucks. Maybe someone who has actually done can tell you for sure.

I have a small hairline crack on the upper nipple. I am 99% sure its plastic of some sort. Does this requier a new radiator? And has anyone purchased one from bavarian auto?
Dealer wants $484 Bavarian wants $269 for same. I have a '84 735i EURO std tranny
