Did you try to run a cup of water into the drain areas to see how fast the water exited the bottom of the body , around the rocker panels, front& rear. If you can't see a fairly fast moving bit of water leaving the car from these points, then a rock or some leaves may have entered the drain tubes[there are 4 in all] and started a clog.
With the sunroof open, try the water test. The rear tubes run down by the rear "c" panel area and exit in front of the rear wheel well area.
The front tubes drain into about where the footwell speakers are, just below them and into the rocker panel. Rust can build up around the exit point here from metal coming loose from the body, usually it's leaves from the top when it's open though.

A blast of compressed air will dislodge most of the crud, sometimes you only need a strong water hose with a pointed end, like a spray nozzle to get things moving again.
