It is worth $800 at best, don't buy it unless you like spending a lot of money on fixing it up, I did that it can be very tedious and hard. But something in excellent condition if looking for an E23.

i found a 1980 733 at a local small car lot. the body is straight and has original paint and good rubber. cons: previous engine burn, rough interior, rotted leather seats and dash, sun baked interior from sitting, water stained carpet and the engine is original (the one that caught fire). is this a good deal? the guy wants $3,600 for it.
